We now ask you to complete a personal identification questionnaire each year and submit it to us with your documents. It's essential that you let us know if your family situation has changed.
Prepare a summary of your medical expenses not reimbursed by your insurance and for your donations. We will now charge an additional fee for compiling your medical expenses and donations.

To ensure the security of your personal information, we will not accept any documents by e-mail.
To limit the time invested in your file, you must wait until you have ALL your documents in hand before sending them to us.

Once again this year, we'll be giving priority to telephone customer interviews. However, you are welcome to come and meet us in person by appointment.
We require prepayment of our fees before processing your file. Additional fees may apply depending on the complexity of your case, the number of receipts and appendices to be completed, or the amount of additional time required.
Once your file has been processed, we'll place the complete copy of your taxes, your summary and the letter detailing your results (for you, your spouse and/or children) on your portal.
If you'd like a paper copy, just let us know. We will print your summaries and a copy of your receipts for a $10 fee per person.
