PREPARING YOUR FILE

To serve you better, our opening hours will be extended during the months of March and April. We'll be open Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., including lunchtime. We close at noon of Friday.

Consult our  2023 CHECKLIST, which will help you identify all the documents needed. This will ensure you take advantage of all the tax credits available to you and avoid delays in processing your file.

We now ask you to complete a personal identification questionnaire each year and submit it to us with your documents. It's essential that you let us know if your family situation has changed.

Prepare a summary of your medical expenses not reimbursed by your insurance and for your donations. We will now charge an additional fee for compiling your medical expenses and donations.

If you have business income, vehicle expenses, a home office or rental incomeBuying a building or selling a building we've provided forms to help you compile your data.

DEPOSIT OF DOCUMENTS

Please use only 1 method to submit your documents

To ensure the security of your personal information, we will not accept any documents by e-mail.

To limit the time invested in your file, you must wait until you have ALL your documents in hand before sending them to us.

If you have not yet registered to your portal, please let us know so that we can send you a invitation.

You can access your portal at any time from the Client Access icon.

Secure portal
  1. Complete the personal identification questionnaire.
  2. Use our different forms to compile your medical expenses, donations, business or rental property expenses.
  3. Access your secure portal from the Client access button.
  4. Create a folder per family member under the section «DROP DOCUMENTS HERE».
  5. Deposit your documents in a single upload, once your have ALL your documents in hand.
  6. It is very important to notify us by email atinfo@leclairduperre.comwhen your file is complete and ready to be processed.
Secure exterior mailbox
  1. Complete the personal identification questionnaire.

  3. Insert your documents in an identified envelope (name and phone number).  Please keep your originals.
  4. Drop your envelope in our secure exterior box, available 24/7.
  5. Your can also deposit your documents at our office during opening hours.
In person appointment
  1. Make an appointment if you want an in-person client interview.
  2. Complete the personal identification questionnaire beforehand.
  3. Use our different forms to compile your medical expenses, donations, business or rental property expenses.
  4. Prepare your file in advance to maximize your meeting time.
  5. Bring ALL your documents to the meeting. Please keep your originals if possible.

CUSTOMER MEETINGS AND TAX RETURNS

Once again this year, we'll be giving priority to telephone customer interviews. However, you are welcome to come and meet us in person by appointment.

We require prepayment of our fees before processing your file. Additional fees may apply depending on the complexity of your case, the number of receipts and appendices to be completed, or the amount of additional time required.

Once your file has been processed, we'll place the complete copy of your taxes, your summary and the letter detailing your results (for you, your spouse and/or children) on your portal.

If you'd like a paper copy, just let us know. We will print your summaries and a copy of your receipts for a $10 fee per person.
