NEW: In order to limit the increase in our fees, we now ask you to prepare a summary of your medical expenses not reimbursed by your insurance and for your donations. Please use the forms available here. We will now charge an additional fee for compiling your medical expenses and donations.

In order to improve the quality of our services, we will now ask you to complete a personal identification questionnaire each year and submit it to us with your documents. This form is available on our website.
We have made several other forms available to help you compile your data. Whether for your medical expenses and donations, your business income, your vehicle and home office expenses or your rental income, don't hesitate to use them!
Consult our improved 2023 CHECKLIST, which will help you identify all the documents to provide to us, depending on your situation. This will ensure you take advantage of all the tax credits available to you and avoid delays in processing your file.
Please use only 1 method to submit your documents
To ensure the security of your personal information, we will not accept any documents by e-mail.
1)You can drop off your paper documents at our office or via our secure outside box. Please keep your originals.
2)You can also submit your documents via our secure portal.
If you have not yet registered, please let us know so that we can send you a login invitation.
You can access your portal at any time from the Customer Access icon.
To facilitate our internal management, you must wait until you have ALL your documents in hand before sending them to us. Please create a folder for each family member under DEPOSIT YOUR DOCUMENTS HERE and deposit your documents there in a single upload.
It is then very important to send us an e-mail at info@leclairduperre.com to let us know that your file is complete and ready to be processed. A summary of your tax documents would also be appreciated.

If you submit documents in two ways (portal and paper), please do not provide us with duplicate documents to avoid the potential risk of duplicate information.
CUSTOMER MEETINGS AND TAX RETURNS
Once again this year, we'll be giving priority to telephone customer interviews. However, you are welcome to come and meet us in person by appointment.
We require prepayment of our fees before processing your file. Additional fees may apply depending on the complexity of your case, the number of receipts and appendices to be completed, or the amount of additional time required.
Once your file has been processed, we'll place the complete copy of your taxes, your summary and the letter detailing your results (for you, your spouse and/or children) on your portal.
If you'd like a paper copy, just let us know. And please don't hesitate to contact us if you'd like a more detailed explanation of your tax results. We'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.
